I like this game and the ramp shots are great. The music is annoying and the shot selection could be better. It is a fun game, but I don't understand how the price shot up so much. Very approachable and easy for newbies. Ramps crack easily. It is also not fun to shop.

White Water is an excellent game. It's all around high in quality, and has very few flaws.

The game design is brilliant. The game has more flow than your typical pinball machine, with nearly all shots returning smoothly to the flippers. Shots are varied, and the table has many layers without obstructing the players view. Every nook and cranny is utilized to it's fullest capacity. Rules are a little linear, but they contain enough depth to keep things interesting.

Artwork is typical Youssi. Rich environments with plenty of depth of character. Sounds and music are deceptive. At first, the game's audio sounds shallow and disappointing, but quickly gathers depth and momentum as the player begins playing through the objectives. The only real disappointment stems from the sound quality itself, but I'll give it a pass since the soundboard is early 90s by design. Big Foot is perfectly integrated into the game.

Overall, this is easily one of the best pinball machines out there. I rank it very highly, and it compares very favorably to classics such as Addams Family and Twilight Zone. It's really that good. It's a shame William's didn't sell more of these--they aren't too common. This game was from an era where a lot of creative design went into making these games. A lot of love was put into them.

One of my all time favorite Pins! Was looking for almost a year until I found a nice one to own and I don't think I will ever sell it. From the changing music as you move up the raft ladder to the fun of getting Big Foot Hot Foot there are so many fun things to do to keep you busy for a long time. The challenge of completing the Vacation Planner will taunt you coming back to win that huge 200M jackpot. Challenge accepted! Love this awesome game!

Really fun game, scoring between beginners and advanced can seem kind of arbitrary

Very fun pin with that one more game feel. Plays fast, has great playfield and translite art. Defiently a keeper for me. Sound is the only weak point I can think of. If you go to buy one make sure it has the topper! Greatest topper ever! (From factory anyway)

A great pin for the whole family. Great fun ramp shots, great music that changes as your score gets higher. A game that you never get tired of playing...keeps you coming back for more. I'll never sell mine.

Of the six games in my collection, this is the go to game for newbies. The falls and whirlpool are loved by all.

this game rocks such a cool play-field so fast makes other games seem really slow.i keep reading comments about how the ball flys straight down the middle off the plunge I've bashed out 2000 games on mine and it has never done that once. billion plus scores this game is rocking get your tilt on and you will get high scores

Really neat layout. The game music gets more intense the longer you play. It's fun to trying to time the upper playfield shots. I think the game is too easy at factory settings. Didn't really make me feel like I wanted to come back and play more. I've also passed up opportunities to purchase this game. I understand some people really enjoy this game, its just not for me.

This is an excellent pin. Full disclosure: I have a soft-spot/bias for 'indie' pins that are not licensed.
This is the best of the lot. Tough multiball and a really cool shot for an extra ball when you can get it. I have played approximately 150 games and I have not yet plumbed the depths of the rules, which is a good thing. Cheers to the team that worked on this and those who still appreciate it. Would own one in a heartbeat.

Such a good game!!! Rules are not so complicated, but the gameplay is really deep. Game are not too long, and you have quickly a lot of pleasure. Game are varied due to the fact that it's never the same track lit between 2 games... There is no save time during multiball so you have no right to do wrong...
Lastability is really good and i can't wait for my next game!

I finally had the opportunity to play the highly rated White Water at an arcade museum. What a disappointment it was. First of all, I don't like playfields that are mostly covered up where you can't track the ball. Most of the time the ball is under ramps and gadgets on the field. The various channels the ball can travel look impressive but don't add to the fun factor as far as I am concerned. When the ball emerges from the upper left it aims right between the flippers which makes for lots of drains and short game times. The one flipper on the upper level has its purpose to aim for another lane but again doesn't add much to the gaming experience.
Obviously many people like this machine but it is just not my thing.

A masterpiece: fun, challenging, a theme that works and is also timeless. Good for beginners and yet still challenging for the expert.

I did not think I would like this game. I found it on location and ended up playing it for hours. Found another one on location the next day and played it for hours. now I want one! Love the back glass. Rules are good and rather easy to follow even playing for a few hours.

I wanted this game for a long time. When it finally arrived it did not let me down in the least bit. Really Love the theme and it's original. Someone else had said the game is like a miniature little world under glass and to me that is exactly right. Only thing missing is a little mini train set to go around the mountains! A classic that has flow and rules to boot. Update, I've been playing this game non-stop for almost a year and loving it more and more. I have to say its my favorite now and it won that spot against some heavy compitition, Perfect game for home use IMO. Love the way you have 2 locks lit and have to manipulate the boulder garden to light 5X playfield, then avoid "No way out" shoot up the "Spine Chiller" to the 2nd level to start 5X before you lock in ball 3 to start "Whitewater" Classic B/W gameplay. Your not going to get vacation jackpot often either but it is within reach enough to keep you coming back.

This is a great game that can be frustrating until you have the rules and sequences down pat. Then it's just a great game that keeps you coming back. A WH20 with crystal clear new ramps is a real thing of beauty. Loved this game when I had it and one that I regret moving on.
