Absolutely amazing game. For 1993 it plays just as fun as any of the recent game. Way ahead of it's time

Visibility of the ball is poor and the game play seems very limited in depth.

This game feels timeless. If/When I could have 4 games in my collection, this will be added. Game is deep and I have barely scratched the surface. More toys, magnets, ceramic ball than you can even try to remember. Simply well designed.

Some likes it others don’t. Much slower than a ToM the TZ is however very addictive While moving forward with the missions. 15 plus a final one!! One of the most complete and performant Williams. The game play Could be compared to the Addams Family even if I prefer the TZ ( but the AF for its theme ! ).

TZ was the first pin I ever owned. I have owned it a total of 3 times!!!! If I had the space it would stay forever. Probably my favorite classic game for sure. A completely packed classic game that never gets old. Satisfying shots in a wide body. Awesome sound and light effects for the time it was made. If they remade this I may have to own one again with modern day updates.
Awesome game that most should own at least once. Love it.

This is easily one of my favorite pinball machines of all time. It is a wide bodied beauty, and plays incredibly well. The theming is top notch, and while I think some of the artwork is not what I would prefer. (Looking at you overly cartoony Rod Sterling), I still adore it and have grown accustomed to it. For a game released when it was the ruleset is fairly deep, and if this game ever enters my collection I could see it becoming a permanent fixture in it. Newbies beware though, it can be brutal if you don’t know what to expect.

Like the game for sure. Just don’t love. I’d much rather play Adams( I know I’m nuts) and STTNG for sure. Road show is right there as well.

Not sure what it is, the flow isn’t great and the sound and call outs are subpar.

That being said the toys are great and I will always play at least once when I see it. Almost sold my Alien LV to get cash to purchase but glad I backed out.

Maybe will own one day but for now just not enough interest

A good game that shoots well and had a ton of mechs. It's easy to see why it's a top ranked game BUT the theme does nothing for me and the prices for these games is too high. I will always play on location though - it definitely pulls you in!

I suspect there is a good chance this game gets re-made so if that happens look out below, at least in the short run.

Tons of fun. Beautiful machine in every way. Always frustrated by how wide the middle drain is, seems unfair. But I want to keep playing it again and again. Would love to own this one.

One of the best classic Williams Bally wide bodies and some of Pat Lawlers best work. A game that helped pinball to rise to another level and still holds up against any new game coming out…

This game suprised me--was super fun. The game was ahead of its time. It plays very smooth and although its slower in pace, this allows you to get into the rules and have more fun. If it was fast, I would have rated it lower.

One of the most legendary pins out there.

Though initially pretty confusing for beginners, the code is deep and offers plenty of was to attack the game. The ceramic ball is a very clever, if not very weird feature and always feels different and fun. One of the wide body pins of this era, it's a big playfield and has a super unique upper playfield without flippers, but magnets to slap the ball around.

There's a ton of history in this table, from the people who made it to the obtaining of the license itself, but deserves recognition (which I think it properly receives).

Such a great theme. Really need Chicago to do a remake of this guy. The lighting is main complaint. It's a dark game. For some, that is preferable. For me, I'd put spotlights on it. Never owned TZ, but one day it will be mine. Very deep game, lots of fun shots. Hard AF to master, but worth the struggle.

Twilight Zone is a very interesting game.

I like the layout and most of the shots are satisfying to make. I especially like hitting the Piano shot and the ramps. Battle the Power is one of the best features of any pinball machine. This game is very difficult to play and I love that since it gives me the incentive to become a better player.

The rules are pretty straight forward and easy to follow. The main multiball is a lot of fun. Especially collecting that Jackpot with the Piano shot feels very satisfying.

The biggest issue with this game for me is the sound and its quality. It disrupts the game majorly as it sounds almost like a Sega Whitestar game would. But there are some redeeming qualities within the sound package like the Power's laughing at you when you lose the ball on the upper playfield.

The artwork on this game is looking very good and it features one of the best backglasses of any pinball game. I love that they've put many of the game's features on there.

Overall this is a very good game which is sadly flawed by its sound. I would appreciate it much more if it sounded better. It will appeal to casual players and advanced players rather than beginners as a result of its difficulty. I believe this is a good game to improve your skills as a pinball player.

I'm pretty torn on this game. The shots are overall pretty interesting, plenty of challenge and interesting things to do in this one, but all of the toys and gimmicks are kind of competing with each other. I like it, but this hasn't isn't as impactful in my love of the hobby as the next generation or attack from Mars, no good gophers etc... push comes to shove I'd rather play modern current era games than this one. So it's good? Super cool, but play is flawed and oddly interrupted.

I maybe rated this game lower than most since I'm not a huge widebody fan. It plays slower (like a widebody), but is a VERY challenging pin (to me anyway). The shots are varied, interesting and HARD. Rules are really cool and for its day you can see why it gained the reputation it has. It has A TON Of mechs and toys, probably the most I have ever seen on any pin...and yet I didn't walk away wanting to play again and again. I think after some time this pin would get repetitive...so I will continue to enjoy it every now and then on location.

It deserves its place in pinball history, but there are better "modern" pins that will engage you more and have a faster flow.

The layout of TZ is so amazing. The shots use the entire playfield - left to right, right to left, left ramp, right ramp. The music and quirky callouts are well thought out and timed. The theme music is a great classic song. TZ is just a joy to play.

Finally I had to opportunity to play a lot on TZ. I don't know.. the playfield is interesting, the toys are cool, I like this mystic feeling, just the sounds and music could be better.

This is a widebody that doesn't play like a widebody. Not much side to side float. Playfield is broken down into areas and upper flippers are in uncommon positions.

I like the upper playfield in so much that it isn't just a smaller crappier pinball playfield it is something else.

Not one of my personal favorite games, but I see why many people love it.

It could have been the best, particularly well designed, a complex and ingenious machine with well-thought-out game rules, unfortunately served by an absolutely mediocre sound environment that even a pinsound can't save. Here is the perfect example that sound is an integral part of the alchemy that a pinball game can trigger
