I have played this game several time son location. I am currently saving up for this title. One of the best Sterns out there. Great flow, great shots. Deep enough and fast enough for everyone to enjoy. Buy this game NOW!!!!!

Rip-roaring fun. Action packed and night after night myself and whoever is visiting can't stop. Plain, action-packed enjoyment that will keep you up until the wee hours. Just got the Spiderman Black. Incredible. Happy times every time I play and even friends who don't like pinball can't get enough of this.

Wow, I was afraid there were no good machines made after 2000. This was a great machine. Great toys, theme, light show. The top center target (sorry, I have forgotten what this was called) reminded me pleasantly of the main shot in AFM. This is the first Stern machine that I have played that I would consider owning. Consider? Heck, I WANT one... :)

The more I play this pin the better it gets. It simply has the entire package a variety of shots that are fun for novice and experienced players. Superb lighting and sound the rules are very simple but can be a challenge. The combo shots get me pumped the wizard modes are attainable and fun. I think someday it will be a top five pin.

This is the new Medieval Madness of pinball. Throw in a shaker motor and some LEDs and you have one spectacular machine. One of my top favorites and when any of my friends come over, they always want to play SM the most. It has amazing game play, excitement, and variety. This pin has it all and was a great purchase in my opinion.

Have owned this machine for a decade and it is nailed to the floor. Has easily been my most played pin. It is fast. The rule set is complex enough to limit repetitiveness. You can focus on defeating the villains or the modes or both! Stacking modes with multiballs is very fun and a good way to run up your score.

I have to say I haven't spent alot of time playing this one but I just wasn't impressed with the time I did spend on it. My wife didn't really care for it either. I think it may be way overrated but I like to be fair so next chance I get I will try to spend more time on it and see if there is something I'm missing.

Revised: I have owned this game for a couple of months now so I've changed my rating a little higher however I'm still not terribly impressed. It has a couple of easy ramp shots that I guess gives it good flow and it's not the worst game i've played but I still don't see what everyone raves about. Alot of the call outs are pretty cheesy. It does have some decent modes to play but it's not even close to LOTR and I think BDK is far superior in the fun factor.

Great game from Stern. The flow is good, but can it can also be stop and go depending on how you play it. I like Tron's flow a little better, but Spiderman is just cool.

In my opinon, this is the best new STERN game available. Designed by Steve Ritchie of whom I am a big fan. The flow of this game is perfect. It is an easy game to start playing but difficult to master. It lures you in much like the old Bally/williams games of ole. Very addictive.

You definitely want to try before you buy it, because not everyone is a fan of Mr Ritchies designs, but this is a very safe bet. From memory, the LE (Black version) is one of the only new STERNS worth more now than it was NIB.

First off, the obvious: the flow is ridiculous provided you hit your shots and combos. Great playfield layout. Animations and sounds are pretty cool, but not great. But to me the ruleset really lets the game down. Uninspired (hit this shot x times, then hit this shot x times, hit target light lock then lock repeat). This game is definitely good for a little fast flowing fun, but it doesn't have that "one more game quality" to me. I can tire very easily from it. The variety just isn't there, and although the combos are satisfying, there is only so much to be said about them without more shot variety. Just not an A-list game for me.

Played this several more times at the Pinball Hall of Fame again today. Seems to be the last of the Sterns with the "full" playfield which gives plenty of shots and variety for the novice as well as the more experienced player. Great theme. Fun enough that I will likely play this each time I visit the PHOF to get deeper into the rules.

It's easy to like all aspects of a new game. It's kind of like a baby, they are all cute and clean and sweet and pretty. Let it get 10 years old, let the personality develop and then see how much you like it. I like this game but I don't know if it will truly stand the test of time.

This one is good, but I am not too fond of Spiderman. It is fun to play sometimes, but not something I have to keep coming back for more or to own.

Purchased this game as a huo and with the new update (2.6) I am loving this 5th addition to my game room. This is my first stern pin and I am enjoying the experience. I love the flow and music, shaker is awesome and leds add a lot -keeper

Been enjoying playing this one. It's a blast. Great flow and speed. Lots to hit an multi ball galore. It's a great don't need to think too much and want a quick game. It complements my ACDC ( which is brutal) and LOTR ( which is a quest and stop and go) perfectly .

Ahhhhhhh!!!!!!! This is the best pin I have played, I have played some other pins and this is my top 3! I have seen some customized and they are sweet!!!
