The Billionaires Club breaks this otherwise excellent game.

Just doesn't seem to hold up for its age. The speech and sound aren't too bad but gets a bit repetitive. Replay ability is OK.

This is my first in-home machine and after a year I'm still as excited to play it as I was the day it arrived. I'm still learning new tricks. In addition to being a fun playing machine, it's a nice looking piece of furniture with a theme and artwork that never looks outdated. One thing I will ding it for though, my highest scores have all been achieved by ignoring the signature head and just shooting the middle ramp repeatedly for unlimited millions. That essentially means that when you're playing to get the highest score you aren't utilizing the parts of the game that really make it fun.

Bop is a great and beautiful game. It definitely "Turns heads". I disagree with the "one trick pony" comments because there are many shots to complete. The game is very "loop" based and everything happens near your flippers. The head is a beautiful piece and is definitely a neat toy. The game looks really sharp with leds. If I didn't see the game yet and someone told me that the theme was some robotic lady changing into a person, I would definitely think that the theme sucks, but the designers did the game so well that I actually enjoy the theme. It's so pretty and well thought out unlike a lot of other games. The audio is excellent and it is neat that they brought back things from the original game. I do think that the billion shot is a bit much and that getting to metamorphosis should be worth more. I do really wish there was a 3-Ball Multiball and that it had a ball save. Also that it was a bit easier to change the rubbers. Overall The Bride is an excellent game that I would recommend.

Edit: Game seems to get stale after a little bit. It really is just shooting the left ramp all day which is unfortunate. There are other shots, but they don’t really have anything to do with completing the game. Still looks great though.

I have never been a fan of Bride of pinbot I just don't like the theme or the artwork. I don't like the rules because its too simple but the head spinning around is cool.

A perfect integration of the theme into the rules. The show when you wake up the bride makes you smile every time again.

Classic pin with great art and amazing sound effects. The gameplay is slightly limited with the only shot you really need to shoot for being the left ramp. The billion point shot is quite unique as well and is rewarding to get, but skews the scores quite a bit.

So the company that brought us the brilliant "Pinbot" decided to eschew thoughtful design and a wondrous, colorful space theme...and replace it with a female Pinbot that looks like she's blowing one of the ramps. The really weird borderline misogyny aside, the sequel to "Pinbot" is nowhere near as good as its predecessor. It's just shooting the left ramp over and over to accomplish stuff with the main goal being to bring the female Pinbot to life. The flipping "face" at the top of the table is a REALLY cool idea, though when it comes down to it, it isn't anything we haven't seen before. Not a game I'd play over and over unlike the first one.

What a great game. This is a players game. The playfield offers more depth than meets the eye because of the turning head. Funny sounds bites. I wanted to but this for my home collection but my family doesn't like it as much as I do.

A great looking game, to be sure. I'm not sold on the cramped layout, and the game devolves into a one trick pony very quickly. Points for being a unique game, with a mood and feel all it's own. The games Python Anghelo worked on feel more like pinball "attractions" rather than pinball "games". May have some lastability in a very large collection, but I can see the game getting old real quick. Sounds and light show are some of the best from the time period. Q: What's the theme of Bride of Pinbot? A: Purple.

I know it was a different time, but the objectification bothers me. Too bad, because I love the difficulty of this game. I must say, I find myself preferring 2.0

Bride of Pinbot is almost my number one game to want to own.

If I had to sell my entire collection, this would be one of the two pins I'd want to eventually buy to keep (ES being the other).

Had one years ago and sold it. Regret fills me. The Rage and Jealousy is real when I go to my friend's house and play his. :)

Seriously, there is something primal about making the Bride come alive, and the pin's heartbeat sounds and music really pack on the pressure when trying for that Billion Point shot!

With a nice cleared playfield, this can be such a beautiful pin. Also, please don't 2.0 the thing, the original is good just as it is.

A fun game but it does wear on you pretty quickly, the same shot over and over again to build the face "My god it's alive!" And "I'm losing it!" will in fact make you lose it! My wife loves this game and has a great time with it and I enjoy jumping on every now and again to crush my previous scores but not something that lasts long with experienced players.

BOP is a good game but a "1 trick pony". Running the shuttle ramp is what its all about. You can hit other shots but the big points come from completing the face missions which means running the shuttle ramp over and over. Gameplay is fun and I my wife (a novice) loves it. It just wears out its welcome quick for an advanced player. The BOP 2.0 kit fixes the rules and adds animations and new sound from the original actress. So a good game---especially for a novice player, and that has great potential with the new kit that is available.

This sequel in the PIN BOT trilogy is a fun, bawdy, slapshot kind of game. The rotating face-box in the upper PF (left) is hilarious - there aren't many games so suggestive of fellatio in all of pinball. The shots feel okay enough, but nothing that feels special. If you take away the art and theme, the layout would still be original and with its unique design, but the rules are little repetitive and weak. Watch out for the start of the 2-ball multi out of the eye-locks; the balls usually come down quick and knock each other around and down right after release.

Give this one a whirl on location, and, if sophomoric "third base" themes trip your trigger, you might grab one of these if it's cheap.

The story progression of completing the bride's faces is very cool, and the art and sound design are pretty good. It's the gameplay that completely ruins this game. It's almost a good thing it's a one-shot game, because that ramp is the only satisfying shot available in the claustrophobic layout.

It sounds easy, right? Just hit the left ramp several times and eventually do it with a 2 ball multiball. Have I ever reached the billionaires club? Sadly, no. Do I still love playing this game every time I see one.....absolutely.

I realize this is a One Shot Pony but the artwork of the overall machine is AMAZING. Just like Pinbot I wish they could have incorporated more of the playfield with a little more shots. The game has great flow but lacks on the code. 2.0 definitely helps with this and forces you to use more of the shots but again, the shots are limited because the head and pops take up so much room. I've owned this a few times and when I get rid of it, I always miss it. I just love hitting that left ramp :)

I know everyone complains this is a "one shot wonder" but I do not care. I rate this game highly primarily because of that and the repeat, rinse, repeat factor. Love it. Am currently in the process of restoring one. It is the first, and probably the only, pin I will ever restore. That is because I know that once I have a nice one I will never sell it. Everything works in this game for me. It is my second-favorite pin of all time.

An overal good game. Its fun but can get repetative since its left ramp heavy. Overal good callouts and artwork.

Waking up the bride is so fun and challenging, I find myself gravitating to this Pin to play more times than not. Each skill shot wakes her up more and is so rewarding when you do. It takes skill keep ball on playfield. Love how unique field is compared to new games.

The Bride of Pinbot is an awesome pin. The goal is clear, bring that chick to life! I love that rotating playfield animation and the associated ramps. It is one of the few games that you really can see exactly when multiball is earned and it starts slowly enough that you are prepared. The multiball itself is very satisfying. It's a bit anticlimactic when the "alive" mode reverts back to robot and would be nice if the "alive" mode had some more plot "fleshed out"! Anyhow, the games just rocks and is one of my favorites to play at the local arcade, even in the company of all the later DMD games. Since it isn't a DMD game, there aren't any distracting "video modes" to interrupt the pin experience. I haven't played one of these with an LED conversion, and I haven't played v2.0. It's first and foremost about the pinball experience, but the playfield artwork kinda looks like a severed head, I would have enjoyed it more I think had the bride's body been more apparent in the lower playfield.

I love this game!! Even though it has the repetitive left ramp shot, it's always satisfying to hit metamorphis. The artwork is great and the gameplay is fast.

I've always been a big fan of this machine. I used to play it all the time. Hearing the first upgrade on the BoP just never gets old...
BoP: "I can speak"
Pinbot: "Oh no"
I laugh every time.

The gameplay on this machine is great! It's one of those "live by the sword, die by the sword" setups with really ruthless outlanes (which I always like). I ALWAYS play it whenever I see it. I'm sure if it ever came up for sale at a reasonable price I'd pick it up, but I think Dutch pinball pushed it out of my price range.

The one thing I will say about this game is that the Billionaire club breaks this game completely. I wish it didn't exist, because it sort of makes you just go for that in competitive play which is super lame. To be honest I didn't know it even existed until I was playing at a local tournament and Kevin Birrell just blew it up. Well I guess all my heartbeat ramps were for naught cause 1,029,000,000 beats 44,000,000 every time.
