Allied Leisure
Flame of Athens
Flame of Athens is a pinball machine from 1978, manufactured by Allied Leisure Industries, Inc.
Fascination Intl. released their own version identical to Allied called "Eros One". No differences between them.
Allied Leisure designed a CPU board similar to Bally's HUO idea. Using microchips capable of storing ROM with its integrated RAM and PIA capabilities, it allowed the CPU to work with a condensed version of a typical microcomputer amid everyone sees in commercial pinball machines and video arcades. Its similar programming reacted like an electromechanical machine.
This game uses the Allied Leisure System 3 board (beige).
