  • “it's Family Guy, what's not to love?

the Stewie Pinball mini-pinball table complete with mini ball and flippers and ramps is pretty memorable and probably this machine's best feature. it has wonderful cartoon comedy in visuals, sounds and animated dots, but you do get a bit tired of those same old lines after a while.

still, it's a great looking game, a ton of fun to play, and highly recommended. and no, i'm selling mine, so don't ask.”

  • “Incredibly fun pin to play. I like humour in my pins, and FG certainly does not disappoint. It's crude in good old Family Guy standard. Not a good pin if you have young kids.....but a hoot to play with buddies over some beers. Would like to get back in my collection some day.”

  • “Had this one for 2 weeks and sold it again..
Most boring pin i ever owned... Beer can is standing in middle of the playfield which blocks most shots; game rules are boring to me...”

  • “Fast and flowing. Great call outs, they did an excellent job working with the audio for this game. The humor in the adult version is so Family Guy'ish which makes it really appealing to me.”

  • “This is a decent game, but you'd really have to like Family Guy to want to own it obviously. Can get a little boring and generic feeling in comparison to a number of other games (meaning it really doesn't innovate much, just kinda borrows from a lot of other games). Overall a solid game though.”

“Fun Game, hilarious voices that bring you back to to the show. Unique features especially with minature playfield. Great game that will play both the family guy and the shrek code well.”

“A fun, colorful, original game. The mini pinball is awesome! Not many long ramp shots, but there's a lot to shoot at and it kept me coming back for many games. I'd love to own this own some day.”

“Some of the best call outs I've ever heard.”

  • “Ehh..”

“This is as close to perfect for a modern pinball as you can get for me. It's an easy play that has great graphics....Stewie's machine is a great feature.”

“Greatest comedic pinball machine ever made , sounds and jokes are great, plays fast and fun a must have in a top collection”

“The upper game on the right was boring. Overall, this is a an okay pin.”

“Great game, very challenging... Must have for my collection”

  • “Played this one (a really good condition one) at a bar for about two hours. It's a decent game; one that I would drop more quarters into. However, it didn't grab me. Unlike others will surely say, I didn't find the callouts to be that funny... I think FG humor is typically too over the top and once you expect "over the top" all the time, it loses its edge. The humor is more crass than clever I think.

However, the mini pinball upper playfield is cool and sorta fun.”

“Huge let down!!! So disappointed with this machine.”

  • achtungboyy has this game on the wishlist.

  • “Didn't really enjoy this one. The playfield was quite cluttered and the shots were repetitive. The Brian statue thing in the middle was annoying cos it seemed like every time the ball hit it, it would fire the ball back at a rapid speed, making the ball go out of play fast. The character voices/sounds were funny though.

Only wanted to play 3 games but ended up winning 3 more. Lucky, yes but also annoying if you aren't enjoying the table.”

  • “A real fun-pin!”

“Great theme & art, cool modes, excellent call outs from the show. However Stewie Pinball becomes tedious - not as bad as the hell level in AC/DC, but getting close.

[UPDATE] Stewie pinball really does irritate me.”

  • “Quirky”

“With the second mini pin on the top is pretty cool. The game is fun and surmised it's not higher on the list but that's just IMO. I like the call outs and fun stuff on the playfield, just a out right fun pin.”

  • “A solid Stern release, Family Guy is not my cup of tea but it is an enjoyable game.”

“Maybe I shouldn't be rating this one because I'm in the minority of those who don't appreciate the show very much. But I found it to be a mediocre pin. The playfield to much resembles another mediocre game (Shrek) that isn't rated as high (and for good reason). The fun fizzles fast during play. This is another pin that is WAY over-rated on this list.”

“Family Guy is a very fun pin. It has very easy to understand objectives. It has flow, but can also be a stop and shoot pin. Lot's to look at visually. Does a great job of putting you in the Family Guy universe. The mini playfield is cool. I know a lot of people hate it, but it's fun and challenging to light all the characters, and it totally sells novice players on the game. And if we don't want pinball to die we need games with gimmicks that get novice players hooked. The mini playfield does and excellent job of this. The modes are great, and the multi-balls are fun. The set up for Stewie multi-ball is one of my favorites. This is a great game and I miss having it around. Would love to come across another one day.”
