Played at the Dutch Pinball Museum.

A very fun pin that reminds me a bit of JJP Elton John (I believe it’s by the same designer). It’s got an interesting layout - flowy, fun to shoot, but also challenging, and the EJ ruleset of completing songs in modes. I absolutely loved the Encore mode of a 45-second no-holds-barred multiball - it was totally unexpected, and the most fun surprise possible. I also enjoyed the dancing Elvis - it’s a super toy.

The artwork is obviously classic dork-era Stern assembled from blurred photoshop images, and inexplicably red. Music is great, with being Elvis.

This pin is down at 178, which is inexplicable to me. It’s criminally underrated. If you check my profile, I’ve rated more than 100 pins now, and this should be Top 100.

I’m probably a little biased because I’m a big fan of the King. I believe this is a severely underrated game though by many people, and just over looked because many were sold too private collectors who are Elvis fans vs put on a route. Nice examples are easily found, mine is HUO. Four flipper game with an upper playfield. Graceland is a touch shot but very rewarding. Code is deep enough so the Wizard mode is pretty difficult. Very few extra balls in this game but song modes give great multi balls. Encore mode that you can build up time for unlimited multi ball is a lot of fun. If you aren’t and Elvis fan this game isn’t for you and wasn’t designed with you in mind. Lot of bang for your buck if you can pick one up for a good price.

If you're not an Elvis fan I could see how that could be somewhat of a turnoff. But it is a really fun pin regardless. If you think Elvis is great or goofy just lean into it and you'll have a good time. The dancing Elvis figure never gets old

Kind of fun game it's got some good hard work and some good sound, but some of the shots seem a little awkward. I also don't understand why they did this theme, I mean I think the theme is a little bit on the dated side even for two thousand four. But like I said it's not the worst game but actually kind of fun but it's not in my top 10

Stern made a nice pinball machine ..... Aesthetics 9, to be lit immediately with led ... The theme is based on a rock of music, the songs are beautiful and have no time, so this pinball machine will be nice for always ..... The game runs well, has two ramps and a game above, which is nothing special but nice, Elvis' dog as simple as it is a nice idea, has some games that make you interact on the dmd and what i like, guys has 4 flippanti !! The game of the magnet on the second flippante on the right is also excellent, in short, find it and play with it !!!!

I like Elvis, but it isn't really a theme I want for a pinball. The gameplay is actually quite good, especially for a pin not rated highly...and that no one seems to talk about. Dare I say underrated?

The lighting, the music, the artwork, the toys, the shots, the flow, etc. It’s all there. It’s a really good pin.
The upper playfield is accessed by a very narrow ramp followed up by a fairly difficult shot to the heartbreak hotel. It takes skill but is very satisfying when it works.
The dancing, singing Elvis is a really cool toy.

I consider this to be one of the most underrated games out there. Rules are great and flow is a Ritchie classic! A definite winner.

Game is incredibly underrated due to theme and only 3500 made. Steve Ritchie lay out--is that any good? Beautiful machine and build quality is excellent.With LEDS and mods just a gorgeous machine. Color DMD is awesome in this. Tons of features---hotel is a blast to shoot, 4 flippers, metal ramps, 2 saucers, old school drop targets, stand ups, hound dog toy and clear upper playfield is right on. They should have used these more often--great concept. Encore MB feature is way cool. It just shoots smooth---great backglass. Modes are solid---not the deepest game ever produced but it's just entertaining and fun. You don't have to be a big Elvis fan to enjoy---it's a sleeper---Elvis has left the building!

Played this in an amusement arcade and the dot matrix was almost unreadable, game was still playable but very average,
Wouldn’t play it again.

This game is a little cheesy but it's surprisingly fun (I had my doubts when I stepped up to it). There are plenty of shots and I like the upper playfield. The dancing Elvis toy is funny as hell and exactly what it should be. I definitely look forward to playing this game more even if the cheesiness makes me laugh the entire time.

Maybe too soon but am loving it........ can see this one being in my collection for years to come. will update later, need to play it. Changed my rating now that I have added LEDs..... only floor in my opinion is the audio, I would have liked if they actually played more of the songs in place of sound grabs. Hound dog noise is cool.

A great music table from Stern. It's a must-have for Elvis fanatics. For the casual music fan or pinhead, this game still works. The rule set seems a touch random and some modes (Blue Suede Shoes) are ridiculous to achieve. Four-ball multi-ball, however, rocks and you're handsomely rewarded for juggling that many balls for a long period of time. The artwork ranges from beautifully colorful to collector plate-tacky, depending on your taste and the audio, for the most part, is great when you're not getting weird space sounds like "pew, pew" and lightsabers being ignited. The ramps and toys are fun to hit and that top playfield takes some timing if you want to hit the Heartbreak Hotel at the top. All in all, one of Stern's best tables.

This game was a must for my personal collection, partly because I am an Elvis fanatic.
The Dot matrix plays multiple animations that show Elvis in his prime during the 68' Special and Aloha from Hawaii. Songs include Heartbreak Hotel, Blue Suede Shoes, See See Rider, Jailhouse Rock, All Shook Up, Hound Dog and Burning Love. Heartbreak Hotel is by far the most entertaining mode, giving you the opportunity to activate the four ball multiplier. Blue Suede shoes is the most confusing and difficult mode to activate, adding a taunting vibe to force you to come back for more.
I couldn't be happier with this machine.

Always a fun time! A big hit with my kids who want it to be permanent in our small collection. Wife is a huge Elvis fan. As expected great musical clips and a fast moving playfield keeps you coming back for more.

This is a fun game. The theme is a great fit for a pin and the playfield design facilitates good ball flow and some fun and challenging shots to be made. I'm no a big fan of the color pink being the dominant shade of the artwork. A little too feminine and a game with Elvis at front and center should not have such a feminine look.

This game is very underrated. Play is smooth and rules are for the novice to the seasoned vet. Highly recommended and will be adding to my small collection.

Very creative game. Love the upper play field, the many multi balls you can get, target shots & theam of the game. Very hard to collect Blue Suade Shoes. I don't like where the extra ball hole is placed. Not something you can aim for very well but you get by chance.

Elvis is another Stern game that is just EVERYWHERE in the U.K - even on the island of Jersey it seems to be the only public machine for miles. As a result, I've put alot of time in on it and I have to say while it's not the best thing to ever happen to pinball, it's by no means a bad game. The song modes are all integrated well, and good use is made of the playfield layout which is actually pretty original. Nowadays this would be a Premium game, and the Pro version would be void of upper-playfield and would have a static Elvis, so it's nice that it was made in a time where this was not an issue. The callouts are a bit weak, and the art is a tad lackluster, but the song choices are iconic and I think Ritchie did the best he could with not the most exciting theme around.

I really wanted to love elvis, I did like it like at first, but I wasn't really motivated into playing it all the time, like some other games. I kinda got bored pretty fast. It just wasn't exciting enough to keep me coming back. If you're an Elvis Fan, buy or play the machine. It's pretty good for a collector. It's not a bad game, just not exciting enough to buy. I didn't keep this game long.

I love the back board and the cabinet art
It's elvis!!! Plays smooth
game is a challenge

Cons

Easy ball drains
very tough
low scoring. (After playing high scoring games, it's tough to see only 200 million, as oppose to billions, you think you stink, lol)

no thank you. I played several games and as always really tried to like it. just came off as a cheep knockoff of a real pinball game. the little plastic Elvis cutout, wow, no thanks. Dancing Elvis was OK.

I'm not an Elvis fan, but wanted to give it a chance anyway. I couldn't get past that song that plays over, and over, and over again. With that I just couldn't get into it.

Very much a stern game. Sort of a backwards version of Simpsons party pinball. The clear upper play field is kind of clunky. The hound dog toy and feature and is pretty weak. Sounds are king-like so what's not to like. I've still not completed my trip to Graceland.

This game is a blast. One of Ritchies most packed games. Mini Playfield is cool, jumping hound dog, magnet assist inner loop, and dancing Elvis, in synch with the music.

This one just puts a smile on your face while playing. Shots are good, and the layout is fantastic. Sound is great, especially for Elvis fans.
