  • Attack From Mars was not licensed, or meant to be based on the "Mars Attacks" movie. According to George Gomez, Brian Eddy had the concept planned long before the movie.
  • Doug Watson, Attack From Mars' artist, does the voice for the martians.
  • Attack From Mars was a very popular game upon release. Its reported that the game was earning around $300-325 a week.
  • The video mode in Attack From Mars, was programmed by designer Brian Eddy. The idea is taken from an old Apple II computer game called "Sabotage".
