What is it?

In spite of our efforts to keep the site clear from unspecified features (more commonly referenced to as bugs), it's always possible that you encounter something that doesn't work the way it is supposed to work. It's also possible you think you've found a security issue or vulnerability on the Pinside. In both cases please let us know, so that we can fix the problem.

How does it work?

To report an security issue, error or bug, please first go to the 'contact form'. In here fill out your name and email-address (if necessary) and select 'There is an error/bug on the site' from the question types. Now clearly describe the error you encountered in the 'Question text'-field. If possible we need to know the exact URL of the page causing the problem and we'd appreciate it if you could include a detailed description of the issue. When you're finished don't forget to press the Submit-button.

Once we've received your message, we will try to fix the error as quickly as possible. In general we will send you a confirmation that we received your message within three days.
