    Gentlemen,

Over at another Forum I've been helping people restoring their Serial Number Labels.
If anyone would like theirs done up, Just PM with a picture of your label & I'll try to match it
as best as possible. Free of charge.
What I'll do is match it & send you the PDF to print it yourself. The size are Dead on.
    Perfect for your restorations.

Here are my Templates that I've made. Let me know if you are interested.

    Very cool thanks!

I've also got a version of my own.
    For more versions too.
I also add the small stickers for the boards.
I do the same as Biomech011, send me an imge from your (damaged) sticker and I'll send you a pdf file.

Are you still doing the serial number labels for the pinball games? I have a Dr. Who that the cabinet is wasted but I have another better cabinet to put the game in. I want to keep the original serial number and tags. I know it is impossible to remove them so this would be great if you can do it. My regular email is:
    [email protected]
    Thanks,
    Rick

Send a clear pic of your label to Peter and he will return the big cabinet label and the corresponding PCB labels. Then buy him a beer

I tried the OP without success.

I can't think of a single serial number label that was REPOssessed due to missing payments.

I still do make the files.
Like eh97ac said, send me an e-mail with a readable picture of your label in the machine.
Would you believe if I said I've done 65 labels for various games?
TAF is in the top followed by T2.

    #10 9 years ago

Thanks Peter for my TAF ones!

Hi, I have 3 pinballs (T2, TAF and TZ), I don´t know for what reason the TZ has the cabinet serial number removed, I wonder you could make this label for me, I will send pictures of the serial number of the boards.

    Best regards, Carlos.

    #12 9 years ago

Look inside the cabinet, just above the power switch box.
There should be another serial number sticker.
Just send me an e-mail with an image from your sticker.

Hi I have an Indiana Jones Williams I need all new serial number stickers and the pcb stickers would you be able to print them for me.thank you I can send you a check or PayPal if that will work for you

    #14 9 years ago

I can create the file for you, but I do not print them.
You can take the file to a printing shop perhaps.
Or someone here can help out.
Just send me an e-mail with a readable image from your old sticker.
I need the serial number at least.
There is aways a second sticker inside the cabinet, just above the power box.

A place like Frick ( https://www.fricknet.com/Products/Labels_Decals/ ) has lots of options. You can do everything from simple paper like out of a laser printer, to Mylar plasticy stuff to embossed metal. Does the label go on top or underneath the clearcoat on the cabinet?

    #20 9 years ago

I use Brad at Bowman Signs for all my printing needs as he's extremely reasonable with his rates and very helpful. Great product and I love how they came out.

Wondering if you are still offering your services? I will send you a email also ... thanks

    #22 7 years ago

Great offer to provide an important service. Here is my question: I know that someone was making/printing/sending a complete decal set for a Bally/Williams restore - I have seen some of the sticker sheets. Does anyone know who has/is still providing that service??? A reply here or a PM would be much appreciated. I am nearing completion of a cabinet restore in conjunction with my complete IJ restore (that Mike Chestnut had started) and I know Mike was going to order a sticker repro set and had a pic of my serial number for that purpose.
    Thank you,
    Bob

Is it just me or does the lettering fonts appear slightly off ?

Yeah, those eBay ones have a serious case of the "close enoughs".

LOL I didn't pay much attention to them when I first looked.

    Second look....they're horrible!

Peter aka Inkochnito did a proper Bally/MIDWAY pdf decal for me. Just need to figure out where to get it printed as a vinyl sticker.

    #44 1 year ago

Just send me an email with an image of your original serial number label.
I will send you a pdf file in return.
You will have to print them file yourself or take it to a printshop.
Not for sale, just a donation will do.

Like most web sites, the graphics are downscaled to maximize page load times. The labels are all vector printed on "Air Egress" vinyl and then laminated. I don't actually have a finished product in hand yet, but I will repost pics when they arrive!

    Quoted from zerbam:

The price has already dropped since my first post. Scott created the Williams version within 24 hours after I made an email request and is very responsive.

Resolution is one thing, but the actual font is wrong and the kerning is off, too. No upgrade in image resolution can fix that. Let's hope those issues have been fixed by the time you get them.

I hear you. We’re actually still working together to hammer out all these constructive criticisms. I believe we’re getting warmer on the fonts (rough mockup below). Spacing will be next.

    Any comments/suggestions?

You should have a scan in one layer and your reproduction in another. It is obvious, then, whether you have got things correct. If you want to be obsessive (and we are all a bit fanatical!) this is the only way to get things bang on. You may have to individually position letters, and turn letters into outline and adjust them (resize, tweak).
