I was looking for answers to my thing box question on YouTube and i happened across this video.
I know its a virtual pin but the audio sounds phenomenal on this version. The call outs are great as well.

Wow... As an avid TAF fan, which is man's single greatest creation, I'm not one for change, but i can't say I hate this. Someone has completely redone the sounds, and although there are changes I don't like, there are some very good additions, and yes, the quality is very good.
Does anyone know if this is a rom based version? I know nothing about the computer versions of pinball.

Nope Future Pinball IS NOT rom based...but Visual Pinball is...I have both on my mame cab...that I never use haha
Yeah, I'd have to agree, there are a lot of sounds on there I'd like to have replace the ones in the game purely for quality and accuracy. But, with that said, there are a lot of sounds missing in that 20th anniversary version that make TAF, TAF. Without those sounds, it isn't the same game and therefore doesn't have the same effect as the classic.
