Going to play today - bringing my camera to see if I can get some footage.
Scott
Congrats Scott!! Make sure to get a shot (video) of the ship being destroyed (if possible.)
And do a sound check, so we can hear all the sounds, call-outs.!!
thanks., and ENJOY.!!
awesome. Amazing how quickly the manufacturer has ramped up production of that game. Looking forward to hearing game-play reviews.
Code is still pretty basic, but this game - even as a pro it kicks a$$!
warp ramp is super fast - so be ready with the upper flipper. Mode start (leftmost shot) is tough. Flow is the name of the game here, all shots are great. two places to lock - mode start or the ship shot. Flasher under the spinner is awesome, all the sounds are awesome - definitely movie clips. One of the two machines would hold two balls on the magnet. The shot to the shooter is nice, but doesn't seem to do anything yet - it was flashing almost the whole time. Three mode completions give you an award - super spinner or super ramps. Two multiballs - vengeance and Klingon (Klingon Jackpot!). There are ways to add a ball but not sure how it works. Right targets advance yellow arrows in the center. 6 small targets light the target to the right of the ship for mystery award.
It was loaded with 1.2 which was the same I downloaded from Stern today.
BTW the ship toy looks awesome! Interesting backbox design, you can't remove the lock so don't lose the key. There is no wooden channels on each side to slide the translite on - just foam - didn't like that. New grill looked good.
Great news. It sounds fun. I just noticed that the pin is "official" on Pinside and will link it to your thread. Yeah! Edit: no wooden channels? Foam??
Great job so far Scott.!! I know there are more callouts, I never heard the 3 different "Jackpot's",
and a bunch of others, but sometimes they don't have all of them on a sound test. (I think)?..
Just set up the camera, and you and your buddy play a game,
Hopefully one of you can destroy the ship..!!
Just added it to the archives. When did it officially come out so I can get the release date correct?

There is also a third multiball, mission multiball, right?? Where you make 10 ramp shots or something and get a two ball multiball called mission multiball?
Not sure about mission multi - never got that. The clearcoat is real nice on these - I have 2 gameplay and one Klingon multi uploading now. Don't hate the players, most of these vids were the first few games we played. Shots get dialed in after 4 hours of play
Quoted from ronlisa:ST Pro looks so awesome. Congrates on the new game.
I can't wait to get my LE.
Ditto, can't wait for my LE!

Any idea how long the video will take to upload so I can check back in that amount of time?
One has 12 minutes, one has 36, one has 106 minutes left.
I didn't buy it - I went and played it at the local distributors...
Quoted from Choggard:How much did it cost? Just curious I see one on Ebay for $4,900.
Most quotes I have been seeing are between $4600-4800 shipped.

$4800?
Man I'd rather pay $4900 on ebay
I'd get 1% rewards on my card, end up with paypal/ebay protection & rather than send PM's & a cashiers check a dude can just click the BIN button.
Why the hell am I not playing this at Pallazzo's Pizza right now?!?
Nifty? Kevin?!?
I've got three rolls of quarters in my car just waiting to go "ker-plonk!"
Quoted from limelime20:4900.00 x 1% = 49.00 .. total = $4851.00 , when most are $4600.00 , yea, you know your stuff.
Dude said he received a $4800 quote
I said I'd rather pay $4851 to just click a button vs $4800 to deal with drama
Not sure what your point is

To be fair I said $4600-4800. I actually got mine a bit south of $4600, but most of the quotes were in the $4600-4800 range.

Understood
I'm saying the Distro quoting you $4800 sucks because it's just $50 less than Chog's ebay quote
Last one - also wanted to mention that the button on the lockdown selects the mission and also lights up for a torpedo launch which helps you advance towards vengeance... Also the ramps looked like they all had decent protectors on them.
Hope the vids are halfway decent, I didn't even preview them - just put them up on youtube. Most of the better gameplay came after I gave up filming to play more...
