Today I bought a surge protector for my pins(Yay!) and it worked well with my pins. However, I got an issue with the Shadow that may or be not related to the new surge protector. During Shadow Multiball, when the ball ejects from the Sactum area, it is still stuck on the hook that lets the ball go. Oh yeah, and my Shadow is not perfectly leveled if that helps.

Why are your games not level?

It should have nothing to do with the surge protector. That is designed to absorb voltage spikes in the line. However, I would still disconnect the surge protector and see what happens.
Then I would level the game and check to make sure the ball ejector is functioning properly. I am away from my home so I can check mine but I would presume the ejector is a coil. Check it and the sleeve and make sure all mechanical connections are aligned.

The ball release is a flipper mechanism. Adjust the release tab just like you would straighten out a flipper and tighten it down. Make sure the coil sleeve is clean for everything to move smoothly.

Then clean your playfield!

That made me laugh. I was thinking the exact same thing. What's wrong with me???

Both JP and TSPP are leveled. Shadow is in a weird position since I have to get 3 cars in my garage. Working on it... still.

After I'm done with leveling, I'll clean and fix it.
