That was cool, thanks for posting!

It is good. Not sure why they chose a profanity laden rap song for the opening titles, but it was a good documentary.

A bit touchy this morning, are we.

I didn't know someone's opinion not inline with yours is whining. Didn't say the movie was bad. Just thought the opening music could have been better.
    Anyways just my 2 credits.

Taking your ball and going home?

But honestly... who in their right mind would choose an opening title song for a pinball documentary with THESE lyrics - and you hear ALL OF THEM in the video:

Dr. Dre – Forgot About Dre
Y'all know me, still the same O.G. but I been low-key
Hated on by most these niggas with no cheese, no deals and no G's
No wheels and no keys, no boats, no snowmobiles, and no skis
Mad at me cause I can finally afford to provide my family with groceries
Got a crib with a studio and it's all full of tracks to add to the wall
Full of plaques, hanging up in the office in back of my house like trophies
Did y'all think I'mma let my dough freeze, ho please
You better bow down on both knees, who you think taught you to smoke trees
Who you think brought you the oldies
    Eazy-E's, Ice Cubes, and D.O.C's
    The Snoop D-O-double-G's
And the group that said motherfuck the police
Gave you a tape full of dope beats
To bump when you stroll through in your hood
And when your album sales wasn't doing too good
Who's the Doctor they told you to go see
Y'all better listen up closely, all you niggas that said that I turned pop
Or The Firm flopped, y'all are the reason that Dre ain't been getting no sleep
So fuck y'all, all of y'all, if y'all don't like me, blow me
Y'all are gonna keep fucking around with me and turn me back to the old me

Oh - and for anyone else that wants to watch, here's the video:

Now that is a pinball documentary. Nice work.

In defense of the opening song... I think it has to do with the fact that you forgot about Dre (pinball) and now were back....etc etc

On a side note, I used to play pinball back in the day with The Chronic album on repeat.

Yeah, but good luck being taken seriously with a documentary that (for no fathomable reason) starts off with a barrage of N and F words. There are countless other "comeback" songs that could've been used if that was the goal.

If they want to be shocking, I'd rather see interviews done in the nude (just so long as they avoid everyone involved with the pinball industry).

Cool documentary; nicely done. Thanks for sharing.

    This right here.

That is a really good video. But I too did not understand the need of the f-bombs in the film and in the two songs in the vid. I am not a prude, as I have been known to use that language. There is a place for swearing, this video did not need that much of it. IMHO

    #21 10 years ago

    It didn't need swearing period.
