Stargate
Gottlieb, 1995*Disclaimer* Many of you already know this. However, there is an extremely popular complaint about Stargate that can easily be alleviated. If you press and hold both flipper buttons for roughly 3 seconds after the ball is in the trough, you will not hear "shoot the pyramid" the entire game.
I have seen many people say this game is ruined by the call out. I thought that the 3 second trick might be a myth. It is true.
Maybe this post will help someone better enjoy their otherwise awesome game.
Best system 3 game IMO.
I wish someone would figure out a way to make it a one time turn off for the entire game rather than ball to ball.

This can be done. I may look into blanking out this callout and releasing a ROM patch for anyone to burn and use in their game.

Interesting. Mine turns it off for the entire game. Difference in ROM's?

Did Gottlieb do that in any other Sys3s? Did they just know that the callout was going to be annoying?
