I just picked up a gorgeous HUO T2. It even has the original orange sticker on the coin door and all the goodies.

Just wondering what it's worth. The MPU board was replaced due to acid damage is the only thing that's not original.

Edit:
I've played all the T2 I can handle and am ready for something new. Game has been fully stripped, shopped bulbed and waxed. I've also added the skull mod with the machined eyes.

First $3200 takes it.

Update:
Sold.

HUO T2? i figured that would be impossible...good find if that is the case.
2k

#3 11 years ago

Guy had it in the basement of his parents house in an affluent part of town. His dad bought it for the kids brand new from Cleveland Coin in 1991. I'll have to post some pictures of the condition. It's amazing.

lol, $2k? I'll take ten! Again if its true HUO, low play with all the goodies I would double that if its close to mint.

#5 11 years ago

great score man! i am sure people would be willing to payup for true HUO T2...

WOW , 4k for this title, its crazy to me to even think that but i guess people are willing to go there considering the rarity of this title not being on route.

before i bought my house (this is going back a few years) i passed up on an offer for 2 T2's from a guy asking 1,700 for both one in good condition , the other was a beater...i do regret it, but i didnt have the space at the time

condition is KING! HUO is different to everyone but I know what I mean when I say true low play HUO. And a T2 in a true low play HUO condition in near mint condition with all the goodies would fly out the door for $4k.

#9 11 years ago

I think that last HUO that sold went for $4500. If I remember correctly, I just saw it sell this past December.

#10 11 years ago

1 sold on ebay a few years ago for like $4600.00 i have one myself with all mint matching boards and all never been shopped and the rubber ring is still holding the playfield bar down. and i would not take that for mine.

#11 11 years ago

It shocks me that people have these machines in their basement and then 20+ years later when they're planning on moving just happen to decide to sell the games. It's like unearthing a time capsule. The only reason they're selling the game is because they're moving to North Carolina to retire.

#12 11 years ago

This has the rubber ring holding the playfield bar down. There isn't a scratch on the machine but the playfield is kind dirty since I don't believe it's ever been waxed. I'll take a bunch of pictures when I get off work people can make a better judgement.

Does the rottendog MPU make much of a price difference? That's the only thing that's not original.

Exactly... and why not? I mean $4500 is dirt cheap for a newer HUO pin today and if you have a chance to buy a classic WPC pin that is in new like condition why would it be so hard to spend $4500 for it?

#14 11 years ago

Great score! Can't wait to see pix!

Teekee is right......$4k for a mint HUO T2 is an easy sale. All I see are ones that got beat to hell on location and are not perfect (hence the cheap prices for T2). A mint $4k DMD era game that is not Popeye or Hurricane is a deal

I'll give

I believe you already owe me a 500 dollar finders fee!!

#18 11 years ago

Any pics

#19 11 years ago

That's awesome man. Nice score! T2 is an awesome game and they are usually beat to hell because people played the shit out of em. I'd gladly fork over $3500 for a true HUO/CQ T2....and I'm a cheapo

#20 11 years ago

I'll post some later tonight when I have a chance to take them. Little pinball porn...

#21 11 years ago

Nice score! I seem to remember KOZ selling a mint HUO T2 on Ebay a couple years back for $4250.-and that was before prices really jumped.

#22 11 years ago

I have seen a HUO T2 near me once, went to look at it for a RGPer. It was pretty nice, but neglected somewhat. Worst part was the leg wrinkle. It was pretty bad, no pincab was going to hide it. I took pics but I doubt I have them anymore . Guy was a dentist who just wanted a pinball back in the day, didn't have any others.

I believe my wife will have a few words with you the next time you're over!

#24 11 years ago

4k+ definitely sounds in the ballpark for a sweet HUO, on a side note Ive been playing my players condition T2 a bit more this past month and really dig the speed/audio of it!

#25 11 years ago

A couple of low res photos. All I have now..

this was a great find!!!

#32 11 years ago

Can't wait to get my High score initials up there! (And set my beer on the playfield glass)

#33 11 years ago

Those cab corners look brand new. Great Find $4000 sounds like the $. I would think HUO T2 is pretty rare and may bring quite a bit more than that if you found the right buyer.

#34 11 years ago

Dam that is cool best t2 I have seen

#35 11 years ago

I would offer 3500 cash and I mean it

#36 11 years ago

Good thing he didn't live in a barn. HUO and barn find are not the same.

Looks sweet, I would think a $3K to $4K. The clear plastics on T2 tend to yellow with time, can't see them here. Congrats.

#37 11 years ago

Some more pinball porn.... 2nd attempt.

That is just ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!!!

The real money shot is a pic of the shooter from above, and from the opposite angle you already posted.

true, you want to see the ball marks or hopefully lack of... from what I see this is a sweet pin and either its HUO or close enough not to care...

#44 11 years ago

Fattdirk try to see if you can get some like this.
