was a nice day here in Adelaide, South Australia today

spent some time in the "pin-lab" shopping out a NO FEAR & adding a Johnny Blaze MOD

My 6y.o son comes in & says "dad, I want to build my own pinball!)

So I round up some spares in a container, give him a cardboard box & let him go at it

heres the result.....NO FIR prototype pin by Maq

I was blown away by his creativity and attention to detail, he could explain how it worked
and demonstrate where the ball would go in combo shots....I'm very proud!

any other pinsiders have crafty kids make something like this?

    cheers

Wow, brilliant! WTG Maq, can't wait to see his future designs!

WOW Maq!That is just AMAZING! Nice to see you have the artistic skills to go along with your creativity. Thank Dad for taking pictures because you'll never forget your first machine.
I really wish I got back into pinball when my guys were kids. They're 12 and 18 now and love to play but I'm sure their love for the game would have been even stronger.

Thanks for sharing this w/ us d_r. Good pics too. You'll probably want to save this machine for years. Tell Maq he did awesome. He is way cool.

What a great day, and thank you for sharing !

My start was a little different, I was probably a year younger when I built my first "pinball".

And my life has been totally blessed because of it.

Very nice; that shot off the right flipper to the ramp is going to be a tricky one.

That's cause you're supposed to backhand it! Thanks for sharing these pics.

"No Fir"? More like "No Fair". Those outlane gaps are huge!

I'm in the process of shopping No Fear as well. Total strip down and new plastics. What's a Johnny Blaze mod?

For his benefit.... How much for a preorder?

That is great fuel the fire maybe he will be the only maker in 2030.

I want mine with light rope upgrades on all ramps standard.

As for the ramp shot that is brutal even back hand. The best games are the hard ones.

If I can only get my son to start.. It might be too late for him as he is in his teens.

clever & complimentary....thats whats needed to fuel the pinball fire

I have explained to Maq, as best I could, that a bunch of guys on the other
side of the earth saw his NO FIR on the internet and loved it and theres
    already a waiting list!

His response......I can make better one dad
