This is essentially the intended behaviour. Hide the thread if there's nothing new in it since your last visit.

This was just fixed. It turned out to be a silly programming error on my end.

#1 I guess my point is that it shouldn't be hidden. I think the OP would rather have it up for all to see all the time before Christmas to help promote the giving spirit.
#2 Great Work!!! That search is sooo much better on the one I tried. I'll try more later and let you know if any weird things pop up.

Its all pretty good. One thing that I used to like was when I just read a thread, and if there were no new posts, the (zero) would show up gray, and thus easier to visually look over threads to see which ones I may still need to read. Now they are always blue, just like ones I never read (and may not want even want to).
I just made it a little easier to flip though quickly. I would imagine that should be an easy fix

Something I just noticed - correct me if I'am wrong:
The only way to get a karma score not ending with "0" is to have been banned (as you lose 20% of your points). I would suggest to round up this score to avoid leaving a permanent mark...
In a recent revision I noticed the "search" button is now only visible when you scroll down the page and the grey toolbar pops up. Didn't this used to be always shown next to the current user on the upper right? I have always used that that quite a bit, so I don't see a reason it needs to be hidden until a user scrolls down the page.

Could you please let me know around which time this happens? Because when I'm on (I'm on CET time) the site runs smooth and fast. I might have to pull an allnighter and do some live monitoring while America is on the Pinside.

I'm currently starting a backglass collection.
Robin,
Could you add a "Backglass section" , where everyone can sign up his backglass collection.
It could be a good way , to find a backglass , for those that are are looking for.
Just like Pinball , choose add backglass , choose the machine ,choose the shape (very good, good , bad..) , to sell or not..price ?..selling backglass will increase the karma by a good value...
Just an idea.
