Lower playfield is done and installed.
Plan on having the entire game done in a couple more weeks.

This looks great....I didn't even know they did a KRULL themed pinball machine...slick indeed. I loved this movie as a kid...I still remember the fight with the giant spider and him using the bladed boomerang to beat the giant monster at the end....very cool movie!
Please post a video of this when it's fully up and running.....I'd sure like to see it!!!!

Yeah.... don't watch it again as an adult. Krull was better in memory than it is as a movie.
Thanks for posting Chris and really enjoy see pics of your amazing work!

Aren't all older movies you loved watching growing up like that

I think there are a few exceptions. The original Star Wars Trilogy (episode IV, V and VI) held up pretty well for me.

I would still take it over 90% of the crap that's been in the theaters the last few years. Yes, Hollywood is getting that BAD!
22k - 25k range?

I wonder how much this pin would sell for if Chris put it on ebay?

Possible. Very hard to put a price on this one.

Who would want to ride a horse that's ON FIRE!?! Oh, and it can fly....
I believe only the feet are what catch on fire.
I guess you ride what you have to ride, when you have to get to the Black fortress before the twin suns rise and it's over a thousand leagues away.

Too funny.

im really diggin' that cool ORANGE tribal font towards the bottom of the playfield. im hoping the apron doesnt cover any of that artwork?
It won't cover much.
That pattern is on the plastics also.

How do you see that entire lower playfield thru that tiny window?
It's a lenticular window, the playfield looks very small when viewing.

Where did this machine get so much pf wear is the question.
Never mass produced, it must have lived a life with a dedicated pinhead to wear that much.
This game was heavily routed.I have a Ramp Warrior to do next that looks even worse but is more rare.I think it all stems from the period where these games were nothing special just pinball machines. Those days are over now.

The lower playfield looks to be about the size of an index card when in play. This made me struggle a little bit during the restore as to if it was worth the effort I put into the lower or not but at the end of the day it shows 100 percent when the main playfield is raised and that is what I decided was most important.

I don't get why the vids are removed. It's a shame cos I'd love to watch the older ones.
The videos are not always up forever so enjoy them when you can.
There are a lot of things that go on that bother me after I put the effort into making my videos or galleries and I then decide to take them down or close them up.There are very few that have put as much effort in as I have in those things but it isn't an unlimited resource anymore. It would go a long way if people that copy, borrow or quote to give at least a little acknowledgement or credit.Without that it takes something I thought would be a positive and turns it into a negative and creates a situtation where I can see no real upside to the effort or sharing .

I for one have seen a few of your vids when you post them and they're always enjoyable and entertaining to watch.... (Especially since we're limited with pinball video content these days, I like to soak in everything I can find)

It's a shame that events have transpired to make you feel that way. However I'm happy enough just watching your new vids.

Please don't pull a "Clay".
People involved with pinball quickly know where the kudos truly belong. There's always going to be people that bring you down. Don't give in to the malicious jerks that infect this hobby!
That being said, I didn't expect your material to be up for long. People that give in this hobby are not appreciated for what they do, and often give into the "trolls". I'd like to see your videos brought back, because I feel they bring a lot to the community. Personally, I have all your videos ripped to my hard drive. Mainly because I've seen good guys (like you) get brought down by the rift-raft, and fall into the "screw this/you" category. I expected you to pull them.
Bring them back for the people that love pinball man... Screw the rest.

Love the resto chris. This game is rare as they come and about as bad as they come play wise as well. Looks amazing as usually though.
Really?!? I'm quite found of it via Pinmame...
It's no Spirit, but I would probably rank it higher than Haunted House or Black Hole...

I can certainly understand your viewpoint, Chris, but I'm sure you also realize how much of a tremendous asset your videos and photo galleries are to the pinball community. It would be a shame if a few jerks ended up ruining it for everyone else. For the record, I always give you credit whenever I use one of your photos. Case in point, here's a post from six months ago:

I think the difference with that situation is too much to even address .
