Hey guys,

I have designed and made these cabinet protectors. They are held in place by the button only. No sticky stuff here!

Many more designs in the works.

$42 shipped anywhere in the world.

Please email coolcatsltd at gmail dot com.

Cheers! cab_protector_twin.jpgcab_protector_twin.jpg IMAG0574.jpgIMAG0574.jpg BSD_Twin.jpgBSD_Twin.jpg

Those look very nice especially the metal etched ones.
Good work.

#3 11 years ago

Wow! Those are nice! Any other titles in the works?

#4 11 years ago

Those look Sweet!

#5 11 years ago

Very Cool...

Sent you an email

#6 11 years ago

Very cool. If I had a BSD I'd be putting in an order!

#7 11 years ago

If they are held in place by only the button are they able to freely (or slightly) rotate? Or do the side rails stop that from happening? I'm going to assume the latter is correct?

#8 11 years ago

Thanks!

Yes they are held in place by the button and sit hard up against the side rail to stop twisting. I recommend putting a few strip of electrical tape on the back so they don't actually touch the cabinet.

I have a set on my BSD. I have no flipper wear but love the look. DEF recommend Spacies! Great person to work with.

#22 11 years ago

For anyone who's installed these, do the cut outs for the lettering bother the fingers? I'm assuming the edge are smoothed down so you wouldn't be left with bleeding fingers - but I can imagine the edges could be bothersome while playing.

#23 11 years ago

They don't bother me.....but I'm not leaning and slamming and "flippin" out on my machines. They are a great addition. I am waiting for TZ, CFTBL, MSF and TFTC!!!

#24 11 years ago

Love these - very creative. Those are some trademarked items your are selling. Beside Rick at planetary, move studios and publishers.

What is the difference between these and pinmats?

Discussing on a discussion board.

#27 11 years ago

I'm really sad because I really want sets for my 6 dmds.

#28 11 years ago

Hey - how about a set for HD2? I will buy the first set you make on this one. I would like it in chrome though.

#29 11 years ago

Hey guys, sorry for the delay in replying.

I have been very busy with others things but I am going to push these in the new year.

Hold tight!

#32 11 years ago

Cool. There's lots of interest here. You could make some good money.

I know I've emailed you but put me down for taf, tz, wh20, lotr, sopranos and gnr.

Looking forward to it.

Txs.

#33 11 years ago

Hey guys,

As promised I have been chipping away at the designs and fitting. I now have to following new protectors: AFM, IJ, STTNG, TZ, TSPP and LOTR.

I also have the following: TAF, T2, Getaway and BSD.

I am working on more.

*note* due to the size, cut time and extra 'weeding' AFM are $49. The rest are still $42usd shipped.

New photos:

AFM. Weird problem here. The button holes on the protectors line up perfectly when they are back to back. The right hand protector fits perfectly but the left hand protector sits about 2-3mm lower than the side rail. It could be two things, the button holes on the cabinet aren't the same both sides or the side rail is too high. However, there is some 'meat' in the protector so you can file the bottom off and move the protector higher. This 'could' be a problem with this cabinet only. Who knows. Please keep this in mind

#42 11 years ago

Love the TAF ones you sent me a few months ago! You are not working on a No Good Gofers by any chance?? image.jpgimage.jpg

#43 11 years ago

Pretty cool stuff.

#44 11 years ago

Sweet baby Jesus! Another mod I must have. Dig the AFM protector.

#45 11 years ago

WHERE IS SCARED STIFF?!

#46 11 years ago

Scared stiff ones would be awesome

Quoted from spfxted:WHERE IS Scared Stiff?!

#48 11 years ago

Any gold or brass versions?

#49 11 years ago

Original metal and acrylic ideas look great. Simpsons and LOTR ones you just posted? Honestly, I would just remove those pictures if I were you.

#50 11 years ago

Ever consider making them for Judge Dredd? The usual rails sold for flipper button wear don't work because of the 2 fire buttons right next to the flipper buttons.
