I was mad I wasn't around to watch the live bidding on it since I had no way of knowing exactly when it would cross the block. I guess I should have put in a higher amount for my proxy bid!

And for all you other pinheads reading this wondering where this mythical place is to get such great deals on pins? I'm not telling, ever. I'm serious. I don't want probably the last marketplace to have good deals on pins to fade away into nothingness. Other examples of the deals there: STTNG-$2200 and FT-$900, both in great shape.

Tell me about it! That's why I left my bid at $4250. Still a great deal though considering it had all the documentation with it and the cabinet was in great shape. I had them send me some extra pics(great guys over there, VERY helpful) and it looked like there was some decent chair hole wear, but nothing a Cliffy wouldn't cover.

Would've been great to own at that price! Play it for a while and turn around and sell it a year later at twice the price! Can't go wrong there!

Yeah, but it's definitely a safe investment given it's condition and documentation. You'll always be able to sell it for more than that down the road.
