I need an EM or two for the collection. Haven't owned one yet...

#5 10 years ago

Dammit VIc. I need a road trip to Jersey.

#6 10 years ago

Let me know when you are going to be in the New Jersey area.

Here's another youtube video of mine for those who haven't viewed this one yet.

#7 10 years ago

Very nice game room!!!

#8 10 years ago

I want to be Vic Camp when I grow up .... hope to someday meet the man and see his collection. Awesome Sir!

#9 10 years ago

Thanks for the kind comments...here's another short 2 minute video with the main lights out in the basement gameroom and the neons lit only.

#10 10 years ago

Thanks for sharing Vic.

Great Gottlieb Wedgehead Collection. Maybe once you get that extra room you were talking about you can start collecting some single player Williams games such as Klondike, Gulfstream, Big Daddy, and King Pin are some great titles that come to mind.

Keep those videos coming!

Awesome collection...next invite I'm hopefully gonna be there! Too long....I'm suffering from withdrawal.

#12 10 years ago

Ken,

Your reading my mind.I have been thinking about some of them great Williams single player 1960's and 70's pins.

I also been thinking perhaps of a possible two player williams wood rail. Man i miss that Tim Buc Tu i had in my collection. I stumbled across some pictures i had of this wood rail and it had all ten "special when lit" on at one time. Tough to light all ten specials but when you did what a sight.

#13 10 years ago

Greg,

I might try to slip another Thursday night pinball in before the holidays are over..so be ready if see my invite.

#14 10 years ago

Thanks Vic...I'm pretty much back on my feet so I'm ready!

#15 10 years ago

Awesome collection!! I hope to visit some day.

Ken

Vic does have some Williams games up in his garage along with his bingos. He has "Skill Pool" and "Lady Luck".
He found a trashed out "4 Roses" at a garage sale but sold it to my brother. Hmm, let's see. He once found a very
nice "Jumpin' Jack's" but it went to Italy I believe. I once picked up a very nice "Star Pool" for him. The cabinet was minty mint! He sold that one too. I believe Vic has gone through over 200 games or so. We used to pull a couple or three in every week; sometimes more! He once gave me a lead on a "Dealer's Choice" right in midtown Manhattan. The guy said I could have it for free if I just got it out of his girlfriend's apartment. I went down there on a sweltering Sunday afternoon, and man what an ordeal getting that game down the narrow, curving stairway of this old building! I barely had the strength to lift the head into my pickup truck and get it home! That game also had a near mint cabinet.
Vic also had a fairly scarce Williams woodrail called "Naples". A guy drove to the Allentown show from Colorado to get that game! He blew up a van and bought another one en-route as I recall! "Gun Club" was another Williams woodie you had too, right Vic?
Vic, maybe fill everyone in on some of the other games you've had and some of the more memorable hauls we've done. What about the Bally "Sky Kings" that was covered with and filled with mouse turds? That thing came out gorgeous though, didn't it?

#23 10 years ago

I'll be typing here forever....

I found these old pictures from 2003 of my sky kings. The playfield cleaned up like new condition. I got to search my 10,000 for more pic's of the Sky King.

Vic, that was the Williams "Star Pool" not the "Sinbad". I don't exactly remember where the "Sinbad" came from, but wasn't it only a mile or two from your house?

Wow what a nice collection!

I also eyed the Seeburg V200 you have. Then I scroll down for a glimpse of a Rockola.

Very, very nice indeed!

Here that Star Pool...

Nice looking playfield on the Star Pool. I bought a non-working Start Pool as my first game. So far its my only EM although I'd like to add a Gottlieb EM at some point.

Vic, Wow, your gameroom was very different back then. All wedgeheads now except for "Spin A Card" if you want to get technical. I have another idea for your new room. What about scoring a few woodrails and putting them up there?

#42 10 years ago

That Wagon Train looks nice in your picture.

#43 10 years ago

Very nice.

How about getting one AAB just to shake things up??!
