Royale 2014

It's time for Bay Area players to come out from the comfort of their little pinball caves and represent in one of EBP's two annual team tournaments! It's time for the third annual Royale team tournament!

When: March 15th, 2014
What Time: First matches called at noon. First balls drop kicked by 12:15
How Much: $40 per team

Format: 3-Man Team match play (2 out of 3 games), 3 strikes

Hunh?!?: Yes! 3-Man teams vs. 3-Man teams!

The format works like this: Team A is randomly drawn against Team B. Both teams have their own 3 player roster. A game is chosen and a 2-player game is coined up. Team A plays as Player 1, Team B as Player 2. This is where it gets difficult -- each player only gets to play ONE ball. The team with the higher score when the game ends, wins the game. Win 2 games and you win the match. Lose the match and you earn a strike. 3 strikes and you're out.

Although this is a league vs. league centric event, ANYONE can register.

Why the registration cap? Like East Bay City Rumble, we are working on securing the second location. Currently, we have to plan as if we are not going to get that extra space. 3 x 15 = 45 players, which is pushing the capacity of Phoenix Games! If we do secure the second location, the cap will be lifted. Until then, needs must when the devil drives.

Prizes: Top 3 teams will be in the money.

Pay your registration fee in person on the morning of event by 11:30AM.

I stop taking email registrations on March 14th at 8PM PST.

I will open onsite registration, if we have not hit our cap, the morning of the event (March 15th) at 9:45AM. Onsite registration closes 11:45AM.
