Replacement Pop Bumper Cap

My original pop bumper caps were not staying in place so I decieded to 3D printing new ones.

I also wasnt a huge fan of the original artwork on the caps.

I printed the caps in PLA and quickly found out the tabs would break off when removing the caps for bulb replacement. So I printed the bottom 3mm in TPU (ninjaflex).

If anyone would like the .stl files I have uploaded them on Printables.

The caps have a different colored LED in each, I also cut matching plastic circules and glued them to the underside of the caps to help defuse the light and make the caps glow.

What do you think? Is it OK to not keep the original caps?

My next project is to print new playfield plastics. I am working on designing different 3D models for each one. I have added a picture of my first rough design.
