Hi,

I started playing pinballs in the late 70's and early 80's. The arcade, was in an old factory, my brother and i, would ride our bikes there on Sunday mornings, armed with all the coins that we could lift off our two older brothers.

My early memories were of playing Evel Knievel, loved it and still do. I can also recall Gorgar, i was in awe of this machine, as it talked and at that stage, seemed so far ahead of its time.

Anyhow, time has marched on and i am now married with 3 kids aged 5, 9 & 12. I was desperate to have at least one pinnie, i found a local guy, who sells/restores pinballs out of his factory and there it was, old Evel staring at me. That was my first purchase, and as many would know, i got bitten by the bug.

Shortly after followed Twilight Zone and Termi 2, then Jurassic Park, Star Trek TNG and lastly Monster Bash.

My favourite is TZ, but the more i play Star Trek, the more i love it. We also have a sega rally, which proved great fun for the young ones. Of the pinballs, Monster Bash is a big hit with the kids, but Evel gets played, on average, more than any other machine.

Anyway, love the site, hope everyone enjoys pinballs for what they were designed for...Super fun..

Yeah Evel Kneivel is a great game and a great first pin.
I got to play one at a pinball show this spring and thought it played better
then more $$$ Bally pins of the same era.
    -Good luck with it
