Okay, I have to admit, it is only this year I've revisited the joys I had as a teenager playing pinball. I shun the modern video games, but love the captivating fun that fills me as I ensconse myself in my Man Cave in front of one of my pinballs.
I love the variety that various machines demonstrate. In Star Trek Next Generation I get to shoot bad guys and work my way past the bad guys. The canons add a dimension I never dreamed existed.
And my TOTAN, wow, what neat toys? Twirling ramps and disappearing balls plus the magnets... soooo cool.
Spiderman, the first pin that my visitors gravitate toward, and one that keeps me on the edge of my proverbial seat, has already brought me hours of joy.
I'm in the process of purchasing AFM, and good lord, now have to find an MM and MB in great shape or I'll never be content.
Love everything about this hobby, and I thank my friend Erik Melby for introducing me to this site and the joys of, unfortunately... rare but engagingly fun pinball machines.
