Trivia

  • Massively unpopular pinball game, whose playfield makes it impossible to aim to make any kind of shot. Instead players flip the ball at random, *hoping* that the targets by chance. There also appears to be no actual ruleset for the game.
  • Was the last pinball machine Stern produced for over 15 years. What can you say about ORBITOR 1? It's one of those, "love it or hate it" situtations where no one can corelate hard facts or figures as to why we do, one way or another;scientifically, statistically, or psychologically. All I can say is this is no doubt ,an extremely rare piece of pinball history & wheather or not the game play of this unit was great or terrible, Its playfield was ''esoteric", & far too compelling not to invite & challenge the "above average afficianado" to try their hand out more than once or twice in an attempt, just too see what this beast was all about!
