Backbox & Videomode

backbox top is fitted with 2 red and 2 white ,carstyle lightflashers

This machine has no dot matrix display thus it has no videmode.

Noteworthy features

  • 3-bladed vertical spinner disc,chequered flag style
  • 1 saucer
  • makin the ramp, enters"pitbox" with kickback
  • hitting all 4 droptargets activates a rotating"spinner target" in shape of chequered flag,for a max. of 26 sec.

Trivia

  • the automatic plunger is activated by the right flipper button.
  • hitting all targets "formulaone"activates 3 ball multiball.
  • shootin the ramp,trough an automatic diverter brings the ball to the " pits", where it exits by a "kickback".
  • though it seems there are 4 pit entries,there are only 2,the other pit entries are changeable trough flipper buttons.
  • this machine was imported,by my self,in 2003,from Faenza, italy, hometown of the Minardi F1 team,close to Imola,Bologna where the machine was manufactured.
  • inspite many efforts to gain information about other existing machines,production run, or owners,this is still the one and only F1GP known to me.
  • last year i was contacted by some pimame artists, who asked about the electrical sceme's and other info from the manual, to create a pinmame version.this was succesfully done by Eala Dubh Sidhe
