I’m an add a ball collector. This is my favorite game to date.

This is my all-time fave EM pin. Others may beat it in many categories, but this game doesn't rely on the usual "luck". Top play requires flipper and jiggle skill - from saving a sinker between the short flippers to shooting the last couple of upper targets, then tanking up with WOW shots... it's max fun (and all-day play on one token) for any dedicated player.

knock, knock, knock!!! Love snapping off EB's on this thing of the bottom wows! Get good at the skill shot up top, easy 3k once you have it down and more importantly EB's. The wows at the bottom are high risk and really make it dangerous but fun to earn your EB's. Drops!!!!! It's so much more fun to play games with large banks like this and eldorado than one with spread out small banks, thank god they don't reset inbetween balls.

Many drop targets and many of them far away from the little flippers. More a challenge provided by the shortcomings of the design than by the strength. Overall artwork is just regular for me.

This is a fun drop target bonanza of an AAB game. There are twenty drop targets in four colours which makes it a bright and eye catching game. Easy at the start when you have all 20 targets to shoot for, but less easy when you have one or two left. A liberal tilt will allow you to shake that ball in the right direction.
2001 is the replay version and also very good. The artwork is futuristic and it is quite interesting how the future (now our past) was being envisaged.

Great game, but I HATE add a ball games, 2001 is the replay version and I would make room for that game in my collection,

Dimension is one of the first pin-game with multiple drop target banks.

The Pros: 20 drop targets gives you lots to shoot for. Things get more interesting when you have fewer targets to shoot for. Getting the ball to the top of the PF is always a challenge. Skills!

The Cons: Eeeeety beeeeety fleeeeepers can make you nuts... sometimes. Not Gordon Morrison's best art package, but still serviceable.

The Takeaway: A damn fine game that has stood the test of time. Just one more reason to remind ourselves that Ed Krynski made our lives better through pinball.

Update: Frikkin' adore playing this game. On the wanta-lista!

If shaking is your thing, this is the machine for you!! A series of eject holes on the head, which really don't mean that much. Then you have a bank of 10 drop targets on each side of the upper playfield. There is an island, in the very center lower playfield, with slingshots on the upper side, that if you nudge (shake) the * * * * out of, when the ball is in the upper end, will drop those targets like bowling pins. However, this island is big, and with it's older 1 1/2 flippers, it takes some skill to get around when the ball gets there, to get it back to the upper playfield. A player who is really good with nudging slingshots, can really aim right at the proper targets... wink wink.... nod, nod.. THAT'S what makes this one so cool!

The inexperienced player does not stand a chance of doing well on this machine. As a matter of fact, they would be hard pressed to keep a ball for 30 seconds. The center island on the lower pf is a constant obstacle, and every shot at the targets must be skillfully directed to the side, in order to get back up to the target area, with those shorty flippers. HOWEVER, when you do get around that island, and get back up top, nudge and shake the * * * * out of it, and let the machine do the work! Those targets (wink, wink... nod, nod, shake, shake) will drop like flies! Lighting either bank of 10 targets lights the 'WOW' for extra balls, which can really add up!-

Dimension is one of the best drop target games with 2 banks of ten on each side. Dimension is also a "Wow" add-a-ball game, that can really get the cabinet "knocking" when the "wow's" are lit. This was the second game added to my collection and will never leave.
